                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF MARKET STREET MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SATURDAY,
                   OCTOBER 19, 1991 FROM 3:00 P.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
                   FOR THE "TEENS' WAR AGAINST DRUGS PARADE"
                   SPONSORED BY THE SOUTH CENTRAL CONFERENCE OF
                   SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS UNDER CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of Market Street between 6th Street and M. L.
       King Boulevard on Saturday, October 19, 1991 from 3:00 p.m. to
       4:00 p.m. for the presentation of the "Teens' War Against Drugs
       Parade" under the sponsorship of the South Central Conference of
       Seventh Day Adventists provided that the sponsor shall set out
       flasher barricades and warning signs in accordance with the
       traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all
       times, an access lane for fire and other emergency vehicles.
